Specifically designed for orchards planted in rows with a 3 m (≈10 ft) spacing between trees and a ground clearance of 18 cm (≈7 in) for the automated screen, the G-004 Pro automatic tree shaker delivers clean, high-quality fruit collection with the reliability growers demand. Its patented automated tarpaulin collection system and exclusive shaking head design minimize tree stress while providing adjustable shaking force, protecting the tree’s roots and preventing the shaker paw from damaging or stripping the bark—unlike traditional shaking systems.

Versatile Shaking Heads: The trunk shaker is available in two models, P20 for trees with trunk diameters up to 20 cm (≈8 in / 0.66 ft) and P30 for trunks up to 30 cm (≈12 in / 1 ft). For larger trees, a telescopic shaker with hydraulic support can reach the primary branches. This system is ideal for almonds, olives, and other orchard crops.

G-004 Pro Tree Shaker: How it works

The G-004 Pro tree shaking machine mounts on tractors with a minimum of 40 HP and connects via a two-point hitch CAT 2. It uses a PTO-driven hydraulic system operating at approximately 300 rpm to power the harvester’s advanced hydraulic components. Its exclusive shaking head gently grips and shakes tree trunks, loosening fruits such as almonds, olives, and pistachios without causing damage.

Fruits fall onto a hydraulically automated catching frame, then move through a dual-speed conveyor system, while a fan removes leaves and debris for cleaner collection. The harvested fruit is delivered into double-layer trays for small boxes or pallet boxes 500 kg.

The G-004 Pro almond shaker / fruit shaker offers flexible collection options, making it suitable for different orchard sizes and harvest scales. Optional hydraulic leveling wheels ensure efficient operation on slopes up to 12°, with additional options such as working lights and other accessories for improved performance and convenience.
