Eco hydraulic weeder for vegetables ZUZA 3 is adapted for weeding rows of vegetable crops, lavender, lettuce, pumpkins, rhubarb, corn, strawberries, young currants, Aronia berries, flowers, tobacco, cabbage, green beans, sunflower, soybean, leeks, tomatoes, artichokes, asparagus, nurseries, aromatic and medicinal herbs, and other plants up to a height of 0.55 meters.

Specification of rotor head cultivators:

The rotor heads cultivator has two sizes of rotor head cultivator: small, 225 mm, and big 300 mm
3 pairs of spring claws or vertical knives that destroy weeds. The knives are recommended to be used on stony and hard soil.
The working depth is set by changing the relative position of the rotor head and the support plate, which copies the working area from 1 cm to 4 cm

Joysticks Control System

The ZUZA 3 hydraulic weeder offers an ergonomic joystick control system, replacing traditional manual levers. This innovation reduces operator fatigue and allows for extended working hours by eliminating the need for physical strength during operation. The intuitive joystick enables precise adjustments, enhancing accuracy when navigating around individual plants at varying spacings.

Hydraulic power unit:

The ZUZA 3 hydraulic weeder has an integrated hydraulic power unit (HPU), which includes: 75 liter oil tank, hydraulic pump and multiplier, oil cooler.

This autonomous system eliminates the need for a tractor hydraulic pump, reducing the load and extending working hours.The built-in oil cooler with a capacity of 0.25 kW/°C for version (F) and 0.45 kW/°C for versions ZU-003FA and ZU-002FA maintains optimal fluid temperature, preventing overheating and ensuring constant performance during long-term use.

In joystick-controlled versions, the weeder features a front-mounted control panel on the first and third rows, enabling operators to modify the working width dynamically during operation. Additionally, the system can be managed directly from the tractor cabin.
